3D Printed STEM Kits

Helping students learn STEM through hands on projects: 3D Printing

Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) This is a combination of the necessary facilities to build students with the necessary skills to properly equip them with the knowledge needed to grow. We at Asha Hope Amanaki (AHA) have seen the potential of students learning experience with STEM.

Hence, we partnered with employees of NIKE. They became mentors for high school students where they taught the students 3D printing. The task of the students was to create 3D printable STEM kits.

For over 2 months, the students had an interactive and mentally stimulating period of being mentored on their designs by the NIKE employees. They also received gifts based on the same. This was a win for all parties because the students could learn from skilled professionals while working on practical and applicable situations. The mentors also had an opportunity of giving back to society and groom the next generation of inventors.

If you are wondering what the non-profit benefits are, well, the STEM kits invented by the students can be purchased by members of the community for our flagship program OPERATION HOPE summer. Isn’t this exciting!
